Introducing Ad Hoc at Heather's Home

Well, it seems that we have a winner - I will be cooking my way through Ad Hoc at Home by Thomas Keller. But I'm already thinking maybe I'll tackle French Laundry and/or Bouchon after that. We'll see how this one goes.

So, I'm excited and little nervous. And I'm going to have to make sure that this doesn't mean I gain all my weight back! So my new website will be up and running by this weekend... it's called Ad Hoc at Heather's Home.

I'm starting with Grapefruit cake...

But I'll still be posting to this blog now and again - at least I'll try to.
